1st Time Hatcher looking for Help!!!

Hi, I am new to hatching eggs, this is my first set. We placed about 30 eggs in the incubator on the 21st of may they started hatching all seemed well. I moved 10 to the brooder this morning and tonight they are all happy eating and drinking, today 6 more hatched so I started to get ready to move them to the broad when I noticed 3 of them had something hanging from them when I picked them up. Can someone advise if this is normal or are these guys not going to make it. I am assuming that the balance of the eggs that haven't hatched yet are also not going to but not sure if that is correct? I read on the forum tonight that leave them until day 25 to be sure. Any advise you guys can give is greatly appreciated from this 1st timer.

Still looking for some advise on what the issue is. The three that have this problem are all active and alert this morning. Still have the thing protruding from them.

You might put this under the other heading as this is a health problem that you need ehlp with. You can ask a mod to move it over and I think then you will get some helpful advice.
