1st Time Lockdown!

This is our first attempt at incubating, and we are doing it with a homemade bator. We started out with a dozen eggs. Some Mottled Houdans, and White crested polish. After candling and tossing out the bad, we have 3 of each. I am so excited I could almost wet my pants. This is probably going to be the longest 3 days of my life. If we hatch any of the eggs, my husband is in trouble. I will be hatching eggs all winter. Sorry if I rambled, just so eggcited!

You should not get a bator. Once you start, you can't stop.

It is too addicting.
