1st time questions on showing eggs

Hopefully I am posting this in the right thread. I REALLY want to show my chicken's eggs in the fair! I know that I probably wouldn't have a chance at winning, but would like to enter for fun, and hopefully get some experience. If you have an information please post them, I want to know exactly want I would be getting into.

As far as I know we don’t even have a category for showing eggs at our county fair so I can’t help you directly. What I suggest is that you get in touch with the person at the fair that is in charge of that. They should be able to give you the information you need. Each fair is likely to be different anyway. You need to find out about your specific county fair.

You should be able to find out who that is by contacting your county extension agent, either online or in the phone book under county government.
