1st timer at ordering chicks! advice please!!

I am thinking about ordering some chicks from a hatchery, and have been looking at Welp Hatchery. It says that they have a minimum of 25 chicks.
Could you order different breeds, but come up with 25 and still be ok? Any one ever ordered from them in a way like this? what were your experiences and thoughts? Thanks!

you can order any breeds as long as they add up to 25. If you order less than 5 of any one breed they charge an extra $1.50.
