IF I were to candle Cortunix eggs on day 7 would what would I see? Is it too early to candle? It's killin' me just watching from the outside but I don't want to screw anything up!
 
You won't hurt the eggs by gently candling at this stage (do it at night, of course don't let them get too cold). Since those are spotted eggs it may be hard to see but at 7 days there should be some veining and you might catch a glimpse of an embryo.
