New chick Mom here! Our 4 little ladies are about 2 1/2 weeks old and are eating, drinking, playing, scratching, etc.. as normal chicks should do as far as I have read. They are all getting their feathers like they should and seem to just be normal little girls. One has a really runny/liquid poop and has had that for about 4 or 5 days now. Sometimes when she poops, it has little air bubbles in it. Kinda like when you squeeze the last little bit of something liquid out of a squeeze bottle and it has little air bubbles. I am not sure if it is always the same chick as it's hard to sit and watch which of the 4 has that poop and if they do it again the next time they poop. I have watched all of them and no one seems ill or sickly. All are super active when they are up eating and drinking. We are feeding them the Purina Start and Grow Medicated, no treats or people food, and I change their water daily. From what I have read I don't want to treat with Corid or anything else unless it's absolutely necessary. I feel like it might be ok and just a normal thing but I thought I would just get the opinions of you nice, knowledgeable folks here. Thank you so much for any help/advice you could offer.

I think it's normal to find occasional poops like that. As long as the chicks are also pooping other poop that's firmer, it's probably fine.

But it one chick is pooping only like that, while the others are pooping differently, you may have a problem.

Here's an article with photos of "normal" chicken poop in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors, and textures.
Thank you for the link to the article! That is super helpful. I'm not even 100% positive it's the same chick every time which is why I try to just keep an eye on them a good bit and try to make sure each one is putting out a normal poop here and there.

I think you're okay! 🙏 Mine are about the same age and have mostly firm little poops with every few being cecally, and sometimes there's a slightly softer/runnier poop with a little air bubbliness. Most of the poops are firm though.

I would watch out for poop that is too runny too often, very foamy (if not pure foam) and almost yellow, or red/bloody. Otherwise, with them acting, eating, and drinking fine, they should be in the clear. Good luck!

Yes there are plenty of the firm poops in the brooder box that's for sure! I have not seen any other color of runny/watery poop other than that brown color and no red at all. Thank you for your response! All of a sudden it's like they are starting to eat and drink more and more each day than they did last week. I take that as they are happy and healthy! 🙏
Just means your chick is drink more water than usually.
That's kind of what I was thinking. Since this is my first rodeo with chickens, I thought I would get other opinions. I did raise the heat lamp up a little more today so I will see if that has any effect as well. Thank you for responding.
