My 2-3 month old Wyandotte pullet has had blood in her poop for a few days now, but today I just noticed it wasn't just red color, it was straight blood in the poop. Right after a regular bloody mixed poop, she pooped a little blood, no poop at all in it. There is no blood on her bottom or anything, but I saw her do it . What is wrong with her and what can I do to help her? Will she be alright?

Feed her some yogurt to soothe her intestinal tract. Then, hurry to a farm supply store and buy some Corid powder. 20% Corid powder is best served 1/2 teaspoon per gallon. She should drink only this treated water for the next 7-10 days. If you have other birds, this water will not hurt and might help them as well.

We're not there, only you are, so no one can diagnose from a distance. But, passing blood is often a sigh of coccidiosis overload and these various strains can often take the life a young bird. Sometimes with frightening speed. I would not personally take any chances. The treatment can do no harm, but might save her life.
