2-3 Week Chicks Noticed blood in stool

Hi all,
My husband and I noticed a single stool with blood in it. Also noticed another looking beige in color. Husband said it looked like mucus. All are vaccinated for Marek's and 5 are vaccinated for coccidiosis. 3 are not.
We are concerned. We have Corid on hand.
Please advise as we are grateful for any words of wisdom.

Photo of the poop? Does it look like it has a streak of blood in it, or is it entirely bloody? Any lethargic behavior?

Wiped it up immediately. was a streak. no lethargic behavior observed

It may have been shed intestinal lining, if what you saw was a red, almost string or rope like tissue streak. I'd keep an eye on their behavior for now, and photograph any similar looking poop that pops up (in natural or neutral light).
