Six 2.5 year old hens for sale. They are past their laying prime, however, healthy and still lay a few eggs. Good for starter flock or pets. Must have enclosed coop for night time or they will get eaten by racoons, skunks, coyotes, etc. We are thinning our back yard flock to make room for some new hens. Average life span for a hen sheltered from predators and the fryer is 8 years so they have lots of life left.
