Sorry you are having this problem.

What breeds are the chickens involved? What is your housing setup like? Do you have multiple food and water stations?

the 2 bigger ones are bantam Brahmas the smaller one is an EE. because there is only 3 of them there are only 1 food/waterers

You need 2 feeders and waterers so the bullied hen has free access.

How large is your setup? What size is your coop and how big is the run?

the run is a little over 8x2 and the coop is a little over 2x3 also the chickens are letting the other hen drink/eat they just keep pecking her neck and chasing her around

Your setup is only just on the low end of "adequate" for 3 bantams. But, as is shown by the aggressiveness displayed by the two brahmas, it isn't enough. The more space the better. I'm guessing you have one of those tiny prefab coops right? What I would do is enclose the run to make the whole prefab their coop and figure out how to make a larger run for them. If you can't do this, I would suggest rehoming the EE.

ok i have a bigger coop (run is 5x8 and coop is 3x3) coming in a month-ish but what should I do until then?

I usually try to remove the bullies from the scenario so that the pecking order resettles and then reintroduce them. But with a flock the size of the one you have, that would be tantamount to removing the bullied hen which can make reintroduction harder on her. @staceyj Do you or any other small flock people you know of have a solution for this sort of issue?

I had this situation and 3 were ganging up on 1, Sesame. Sesame was terrified and they were drawing blood, out for death. I rehome the 3, after all other options failed. I tried to bring 1 back and the same situation occurred . I kept Sesame and started my flock over.

I am not too optimistic for you, unless you added another and sounds like you don’t have room. Do they have hiding places, roosts, dust bath area? They do get bored.

I have a bantam cochin that it seems no one likes. They don't seek her out to beat on her but if she comes close she gets a peck. I always make sure there is separate feed for her. I have a few small stations wall mounted higher up so only one bird can stand on a roost and get the food. That way they can't stand over her and peck her while she tries to eat. Once it's warmer I will have more waterers too.
Making sure she can get away from the bullies is important. I agree with Rae that more room would be beneficial. If you are going to have a second coop you could alway use both. One at either end of a larger run area. That way she can separate herself when she wants.
