2 broody silkies 4 eggs

I have two broody silkies taking turns setting on 4 eggs. When one gets up the other steals them. Anyone know what might happen when they hatch? I have some marans in the incubator that should be hatching on Monday. I am pretty sure the silkie eggs will hatch soon after. I was thinking about slipping a couple under whoever doesn't have anything under her. If I did that is it better to set the eggs out there for her to hatch or wait in put the chicks out there?

I guess they both have be sitting almost 3 weeks. I would try more chicks so they won't sit an other three weeks. It is hard on them.
