2 Chicks 2 Genders?

I have 2 chicks that were bred by a Bantam Porcelain d'Uccle hen and a Red Pyle OEGB rooster. They are currently 18 days old and I was wondering if you can tell the gender by now.

That is a lot of redness and his comb is big for such a young age, he is a little cockerel.

Oh I forgot to mention, Chick #1 is the more 'ahead' one. What I mean is that he/she steals most of the food before the other chick. Maybe that has to do with something...
