We recently bought a new chick so that our little week-old Beatrice could have a friend. When we brought Queso (our new chick) home she was already 2 weeks old and alot larger. We worried that she would be mean to B at first and maybe bully her, but the first day she was really to scared to do much of anything. B was the one pecking her! She kept going for Queso's eyes. Well now it's reversed. Queso has been beating B up all day, pecking at her eyes and such. Queso can fly a bit too, and always follows B around, pecking her. Now B keeps shutting her eye, and we're worried that Queso hurt her. We've started her on some Baytril (antibiotic) to ward off infection. What should we do? We don't want to seperate them because there's only the two of them but we don't know how to stop Queso from beating Beatrice up! HELP!
