2 chicks peeping not hatching day 0

Hi
I hatch eggs every year for my Bird Unit in High School Zoology. I have a Brinsea 7 egg Incubator.
It is day zero and 2 chicks are peeping but not hatched yet.
What do I do?

Day zero? Have they externally pipped?

Do nothing. If they are peeping then that means they have internally pipped already.
Have they externally pipped yet? Is there a crack in the shell that you can see?
Can you take a clear picture of the eggs and post it here now?
