2 cockerels? Trying to help a friend.

One of my friends hens hatched 2 chicks this Summer.
Are they both cockerels?
They are 19 weeks.
No crow, no egg from either.

If there is a girl, I’d suspect the second one. It made a different noise when I picked it up.

The pictures are little hard to tell but they both appear to be cockerels. The first one is more obvious but I can also see some pointy saddle feathers starting to show on the 2nd one.
