2 day old chick

I have one chick that hatched 2 days ago.....everything is good as far as I can tell but its bottom looks weird to me like it is bruised and has a scab sore thing on it and it is below the poop duct that opening looks normal.

Do you know what this is?

This is the first time I hatched my own chickens.

One died in its shell could not get out but we opened it and it was dead already but looked normal otherwise....it started opening the shell and then that section was all dried out looked like started to burn like a dark brown on the shell that side was down on the wire rack in the incubator....I guess humidity was not right?....but the other one above was fine and Im pretty sure when that one hatched the humidity was less.

Also how many days should I wait for the eggs to hatch after the 21st day?

That sounds like where the yolk sac was absorbed into the body. Sometimes it will crust over and look kind of ugly for a few days. We normally will leave it for a few days and then take a warm washcloth and wipe away the excess. It will eventually go away on its own.
As for how long to wait for the other eggs, we generally will wait until day 28 before giving up. We have had them hatch as late as day 26 and 27 and still be fine.
