2 day old cochin has comb

My broodies have been hatching chicks and I noticed a 2 day old bantam cochin had a comb already. I noticed a few others that are a little older do as well, but not all. Does this mean they are male? I don't recall mine getting combs so young.

All chicks are hatched with combs, so that's not an indication that it's a cockerel
