2 day old quail falling over

I hatches 14 button quail 2 days ago. Everyone is doing great, stomping around like ping pong balls.. all but one. He holds his head down a lot, acts like his head is too heavy. Falls over a lot. He eats and drinks, he is able to do that. He can walk too. It's just he constantly has his head flopped over. He didn't have this when he was born, he was okay... is it wry neck??? What can I do? Feel bad for him, the others stomp on him a lot of the time.

I don't personally have any kind of positive experiences with button chicks that have seemed weak in any way - they always end up dying on me before they are a week old. But some people on here manage to get them to live, so it's worth a shot. I've never experienced wry neck, but if you suspect that's the issue, I think it's vitamin B you need to supplement him with..? So any kind of supplement that has that might help.
