That is a serious infestation. Lazy gardener gave excellent advice. I would be treating everyone and everything asap.

Easiest time to treat birds is just after they go to roost. In your case I wouldn't be waiting that long tomorrow.

Try 10% permethrin spray for your coop, nesting boxes, perches, etc. Permethrin dust for the birds 'cause it's too cold in NV to use the spray on the birds.

The permethrin spray works great, and is easiest to apply at night when the birds are roosting. If it's good for ducks, there will directions for ducks on the label. When you go to the farm store, read those labels!!! Also, get N95 or better face masks for yourself, so you are safe applying whatever you use out there.
I used permethrin powder (Poultry dust) for years, until I found the spray. It's so much better, easier to apply, and less expensive, than the powder.
