2 eggs a day. Help

Someone had replied and said this was fertile. What do you think?
I also thought they both look like pullets, unless their tail are just so messed up or the black is disguising the pointy feathers in the photos. Maybe you can see better.. I would be checking for bug like lice or mites if there's no crowding, or actual mating contributing to the feather condition.

So, I agree that looks fertile.

I have read about about self fertilization, not usually successful full term development of an embryo.. apparently it's known as parthenogenesis

I hadn’t seen any mites or anything, I usually check when cleaning the coop. But, I will check in the morning. Thanks.

Pretty much the only way to be sure one's laying two eggs a day is to either stake out the coop or install a camera. Their combs and wattles look so similar that I believe they are the same gender, and at 20 weeks, are probably both female.

Thanks everyone. I have just been confused because the majority of my eggs have appeared fertilized with bullseyes. But, they must of been false bullseyes.

I think they're both hens. I get an egg daily that looks fertilized. It's not as I obly have hens who are over a year old (so a rooster would be definite by now). Here's my "fertilized" looking egg.
