2 eggs in one day?

I have an Australorp that occasionally lays two eggs in one day. She might take one or two days off a month. I am getting around thirty eggs a month from her alone.

I have four hens, two EE and two Australorp. Each lays a different colored egg so I am not mistaken.

Anyone else?

After bragging, I have gotten NO eggs from anybody the last two days. Theft or time off? Don't know. It is extremely hot here, reaching almost 100 today. Maybe the girls just need a break.

two egss in one day takes alot of energy. She probably is tired.
