That's not intrusive at :)
if I'm going to be honest, I am HORRIBLE at taking care of myself, I can take on the world but when it comes to me, I am last. I have thought about alternative medicine for the nausea since I am having so many problems with keeping stuff down or even eating at all. I just have no idea where to even start when it comes to that. Medical marijuana has been suggested but that's not for me, I didn't even try it in high school lol , I had someone suggest just THC oil ( I think that's what it was called) but once again, I'm not educated enough to even know what that is...Sooooo, if you would like to share some advice that would be great :)

Glad this was brought up! I'm gonna text you, might be able to help... :D

i'm sorry! that stinks they took my pump away when i had my baby, and wouldnt listen to me when i told them how much insulin i needed
lol, they would give me food, and i would sit there and stare at it, they would ask what the problem was and i would be like - "you expect me to eat all this starch without any insulin?? i am trying to keep my sugars stable and here you guys go trying to ruin everything i have done! give me my insulin!"

:hugs  i hope you can figure out some easy on your tummy snacks

Yep, I have been there before. In fact just the other day when I was in the hospital. I know all to well about the balancing act we play keeping everything in check :(

OMG they are ADORABLE !!!!
Im glad you are feeling better and I hope you take more time for yourself from now on, as women we tend to think we need to take care of and tend to everything and its hard not to but, right now its ok to let someone eles perhaps your husband or kids or grandchildren step in and help you even if its just a small chore like feeding, watering and cleaning the duck brooder. Besides youve taken care of them this whole time right? It payback time! Lol
But seriously those are the cutest little guys and gals ever!! And Im so excited to hear about the calls

My husband is like a mother hen, I am blessed beyond measure when it comes to him, I seriously woke up this morning to him outside our bedroom door looking in at me with 6 babies behind him, he was walking them around on the patio. He had already cleaned there shavings and put new ones down etc.. he's a good guy, I think it scared him a little bit when I get sick enough to complain about it because I normally don't say much.. I have the week off so it's relaxing and quiet :) little peeps don't bother me :)

C'mon babies!! :fl

Tell the 6-pack I said hi. :love

I have wanted a call duck since last March but already had a small herd so my husband said no, but promised me if I finished radiation (I almost quit halfway through because of the burns) he would get me call ducks to incubate, so I finished and he got me 18 eggs. Only 6 developed embryos, so I am like a little kid waiting for Santa right now :)

That's awesome. You are going to have to get some more for finishing chemo, maybe a present for yourself? Who could argue with that?

Good luck with the calls - Ravyn is the resident expert - I'm sure you have her on speed dial.
