Hey... I see you've been trying for a couple of days to get some advice. I'm so surprised no one has responded to you. I am by no means an expert, having had 4 hens for just shy of a year now. Everything I know is from this site.

Anyway, I think it's some kind of respiratory problem, go here and research:
https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/chicken-injuries-diseases-how-to-diagnose-treat-your-chickens

Also, go here and research on coop bedding materials. If you're using the wrong type of materials, that could cause respiratory problems. https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/quick-guide-to-common-brooder-and-coop-bedding-materials

Lots of great info here as well: https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/housing-and-feeding-your-chickens

If you still would like to get advice from someone, you should post more info about your hens such as their ages, laying or not, how long you've had them, where you got them from, coop type, nesting materials, how you feed and water, free range or not, when you noticed their symptoms, etc.

I hope this helps and best of luck, Helen

Thanks a bunch...more info:

Hens 1.5 yrs old i.was told
Use straw not hay as bedding
Now i have 6 sick...3 speckled sussex and 3 buff orpingtons (5 months old)

Just mixed up vetrx solution and put in nostrils, cleaned eyes out with vwtericyn gel, and put sulmet in their water...this sound ok? Do they usually get over this? Oh, and their eyes are bubbly...just noticed. I also put 2 drops of vetrx straight down their throat.
