2 hens in one nesting box!

there are 2 hens in one nesting box and one egg hatched then the hens squished it to death what do i do???

Move one out of there and keep the other out

Really need more info....but having 2 broody hens in one nest can cause this type of problem.

well im kind of new to chicken keeping so they just incubate rotten eggs now
