2 hens with a cyst/boil on their feet, need advice please.

My hen had bumble foot and now it has developed into some soft liquid puss that is leaking out After I stick a large needle in it. I squeezed it and a ton of stuff came out of it. My hen has been on antibiotics from the vet plus pain killers due to a very large bumble foot that I took out. Is it normal to develop a boil on the foot after having a VERY large bumble?

Please start a new thread and attach some pictures of the foot. Explain in the new thread what happened with the first bumble, what the vet said, what antibiotics and how long this has been going on and how long the hen has been on meds.
A new thread will get more attention. We are going to need pics showing the story to be able to help.
But in answer to your question, yes it can happen.
