2 month old chicken really sick

hi.. I have a two to three month old chicken unsure breed very sick its been three days now and her symptoms seem to be getting worst she has

bubbles under her eyes
yellow/green diarrhea
paralyzed legs
leans on one side
low chirps
weezzing or coughing
low eye lids
eating very little but looks like falling asleep in food
hardly any water.
no bubbles in nostrils

have been giving her antibiotics for two days but it is not working called around my area for a vet but no avian vets in my area and if they do its a bird specialist that charges $60 a visit. Any advice would help

Either she has Mareks (nothing you can do), or a vitamin deficiency (something without much iron).

Or a respiratory disease, which antibiotics will not cure as they are viral.
