2 months on and my poor Lucy is still bullied

I posted a few weeks ago about my Bantam Lucy being bullied.Things started to settle down with my girls... Lucy became a little more assertive and seemed a little more included (see pic) But this morning she looked terrible. A lot of feathers missing from her face and neck. I rushed out and bought a chicken house with a small run and have put it inside the enclosure. I will fence off half the enclosure so she has more roaming space. Is is a stupid idea to get a bantam chick to put with her? Our other bantam is very close with the 2 reds. Thanks!

Put the bantams together in one coop, and the reds together in the other. Then you don't have to introduce another bird, which will also cause strife.
