2 of my 2 month old roosters died in 2 days

I am not a vet. It looks like some additional testing is pending. The secondary diagnosis was necrotic enteritis, which can be common in coccidiosis. Enteritis comes from an organism in the soil and the gut, usually clostridium. It responds to certain antibiotics such as amoxicillin, tylosin and some others. I would use some probiotics with the chickens and make sure that the bedding is dry and changed often. Was there some sort of leg injury in the 2 birds that caused bone infection?
