2 of my chicks have clear slimy bubbly liquid in mouth and nose! ( they died within an hour )

Chicks will foam at the mouth a little bit with spittle when they die as a natural part of it. Same with how they do "death gasping", which is accompanied by said spittle and bubbles. Seems like they fail to swallow or breathe properly at their very last moments when everything is shutting down. :(

I am sorry about your losses. I do not know what might have caused them. If you are feeding anything other than flock raiser, such as meal worms or any other "treat," your chicks do need chick grit, but as others have said it needs to be offered in a separate dish so the chicks can regulate how much they ingest.

At two weeks of age, they still need to be at about 80°F. You say you had them outside where the sun could warm them. Were they on grass? Was the grass wet? Was it breezy? Did they have shade? At that age if chicks get wet, they can chill quickly and possibly die. I don't know what happened, I'm just brainstorming possibilities.
