2 of my peachix dont look too good

Alright! The egg yolk worked. It kinda hurt my feelings being so invasive, but I got the job done. Now the little baby likes it! How long and how often should I feed them the cooked egg yolk??

Depend on the protien level of the starter. If it 24 to 28% just the first few days.(to high level protien cause leg trouble) 1st week will be ok.

If using 20% I would feed them yolks for 4 weeks. They do love it and Will tame them if fed from your hand.

So I checked it out, the feed has a min of 18% - Not good right. I have some other feed for gamebird/showbirds but they won't eat it. I mixed a little with their yolks and they shook their head really fast like its nasty. Any advice? They seem to like the med. starter thats 18% just by itself.

Should be able to find a higher protien starter like turkey. For now keep adding the yolk, only you will never know what protein level your are feeding. I dont give them treats or anything extra that first month.
