2 or 3 week old chick with a balance problem?

I have a little buttercup hen chick, and she's adorable. But it's like she has bad balance or is dizzy. She kinda sways when she walks and falls a lot. She uses her wings often to support herself. Her poop is normal. What's going on?

It sounds like it could be a vitamin/mineral deficiency. Here's some info about both:

If you aren't using Vitamins-electrolytes in the water 2-3 days a week, you might see improvement by doing so. Keep us updated.

But why would she be the only one showing symptoms? I have 14 others that are fine.

Some chicks (especially runts) get pushed away from getting enough feed/water, sometimes it is genetics or an absorption problem. It often seems there are one or two that need assistance. Especially the first week.
