2 part question...

Hey I am looking for some help on the gender of this first one...

And looking to find out what breed these are, they were given to me. In the summer we probably get about 1 LARGE egg per.

The two unknown hens are a Black Sex-Link and a Production Red (quite possibly a mutt, actually) - If its legs are pink like it shows in the photo, she's a mutt. (likely Orpington or Sussex cross) if the legs are yellow, she's a Production Red (hatchery quality Rhode Island Red)

The chick is probably a cockerel.
