Okay so I don't have them yet..technically they aren't even born yet. But they will be born this Wednesday, and should be here no later than Friday. 1 male, 1 female, plus 5 chicks. I think I've got the brooder concept, feed, etc. But the one thing that's got me curious is the imprint phenomenon. Will this occur to our ducklings and us? Is it a positive experience for both the ducks and ourselves? Or is it unhealthy or otherwise unwise? What's the best for the animals livelihood? Any relevant first hand experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
