2 Porcelain D'Uccle Chicks 1 yellow comb, 1 orange -diff sex?

We have 2 Porcelain D'Uccle chicks about 3 weeks old. One has a yellowish color comb and the other's is much brighter-almost orange. Does anyone know if this determines the sex of the chick?

I have one that is three weeks old and the comb has turned orange. I figured it must be a roo, but would love for it to be a she. None of my other 19 assorted chicks have turned yet.
