2 roosters 4 hens

Just watch them and let your observations guide you... if they are getting too aggressive, or wearing out hens, then it sounds like time to rethink... if all is peaceful and hens are happy, then why mess with a flock that works? I've had 2 roos with only a few hens live together peacefully and I've had 1 roo and many hens and he terrorized them... it all depends on the individuals and also on their group dynamics... there is no one true way, just what works for different people and different animals... watch your animals, they will tell you if it's ok or not... :)

I can only have 8 birds (I live in denver) so maybe if I get 2 more hens and put up another coop and separate the roosters from each other and put 3 hens with each bird???? They are only 8 weeks old right now.I was kind of hoping because they were raised together they would like each other lol
