Hi, so I have 2 Roosters and we'd like to keep both of them. Could we keep them with 8 hens or just get 2 more? They don't fight that just since one of them is more dominant. Thanks!

How old are these roosters?
It is usually recommended to keep 8-10 hens per rooster. However, if you have the space for all of the birds, and there aren't issues with fighting or over mating, there's no reason why you shouldn't keep both of them. If one or both of those issues begins to appear, you should probably rehome or eat whichever rooster is new to the flock, or, if you got them at the same time, keep whichever rooster fits the qualities in a rooster that you're looking for more than the other one.
