I recently got 2 sebrights and a lot of japanese bantams. We live in a extremely “cramped” neighborhood, neighbors all over. The birds are literally feet from our house therefor the crowing is extremely amplified. I am not one who enjoys crowing so this is not enjoyable for me.
One is almost a year old, the other is 6 weeks.

Both are stunning, pure, show quality, covered in beetle green sheen, and wonderful feather quality. Stunning stunning birds and if the crowing wasn’t a issue, i can swear i would be all over these birds.
Classic Sebright personality, skittish, but ive worked with them and they have become much better.

Suspecting both are boys, but ive heard female sebrights can crow aswell, so i am not 100% on the baby yet, though i am fairly confident.

I think i have a eager person who would love these guys, but im at my end for the crowing, so i would love to have backup if something goes wrong.

They are not sold as a pair, you may have them both or individually, but the hope is to get them both rehomed ASAP. Especially the adult. The babys crowing is so so mild and quiet, as expected from age, but still, just a few crows a day from that thing so far.

If these do not get rehomed soon, they will get culled. I would hate to cull such awesome birds but i really need them gone.

Im hoping someone is interested in one, or both! I have to say the adult has the most special unique personality. Every day, he goes and plays in hay, spinning around as if hes making a nest, he will stay in there for like 10 hours, just chirping, happy, then he leaves. Always talking, but thats the enjoyable kind of talk. You can tell he’s happy and loves everything and is just so curious for every single thing.

I’ll upload pictures if necessary tomorrow. Its night here, so unable to now.

i can also say the adult sebright (baby hasn’t mated obviously)
has 0 issues with mating! He is not mating aggressive at ALL. He is not like a typical rooster. He’s special.
