2 week old chick keeps opening mouth and has diarrhea

I have a 2 week old chick that has had diarrhea all day and is now putting her head back and it "looks" like she is dry heaving. What is this? what can I do?

Her stools were very soft earlier and now it's pretty much water with small chunks. She's still drinking, haven't seen her try to eat in a while and she's trying to sleep. She's isolating herself from the others.
She'll always been a very chill bird. When she's up she "seems" okay... just uncomfortable.

Usually when a chicken poos mostly water, it means they are hot and drink excessive water to cool themselves. You should try to get her to eat if its possible. Maybe isolate her until you find out whats bothering her. oh &
