2 week old chick neck is hard,red

Wish I couldn’t post a video. But I noticed a quail chick moving it’s neck weird I picked it up and it has a hard (impacted?) red lump in its throat? Is this a feed issue? These are stills from a video.

I don't think it's a problem with the food or even with its crop. With the position of the lump it looks more like a cyst of some kind? Poor baby.

@007Sean might have an idea?
