2 week old chick twisted/splay leg?

I have a little chick that is 2 weeks old and I'm not sure what to do about her leg. When she was first hatch she acted kinda weird and wouldn't stand up to walk and I was worried about leg problems. then the next day she was up and walking and running normal. well Sunday I notice her leg looks like its turned out and her joints look big. She gets around fine so far. I had one that look similar to this last spring and I didn't do anything and it got worse and we had to put the chick down. Should I do the slayed leg brace or what?

That would be a hard decision for me. My neighbor has a 2 year old hen that her whole foot is rotated backwards. She seem to be a very happy and healthy hen. From the photos it does not look to bad. I probably would just leave it be.
