2 week old chick vent

I have a almost 2 week old chick who had pasty butt. I've been cleaning when I notice it ( I check multiple times a day) I am also treating everyone for coccidiosis with corid. We're on treatment day number 4.
Now I've noticed the chick pecking at its vent. It looks to be sticking out a bit. Has been straining a bit when pooping. There is some clearish maybe yellowish liquid coming from it that I noticed this evening.

Is this vent gleet? How do I treat this?

What is the temperature of your brooder on the warm and cold side?
What do you feed?

I'm sorry I only have these pictures on my phone and am not home right now. I do have them in plastic tubs with hemp bedding. 3-4in. Heat lamps only heats half. It's about 90-85 in there.

I'd keep the vent cleaned, if you need to give her a washing, clean the vent under warm running water, then dry her with a hair dryer. The vent looks a little swollen, so you can apply a little coconut oil or anti-inflammatory cream to the vent to help soothe it and keep poop from sticking so much.

See that she's drinking well and eating.

Would this work? I think this is kind of the only kind of anti inflammatory cream i have. Or I have aquiphor, and antibiotic cream.

You can use the Aquaphor if that's what you have.

I addition to @Wyorp Rock 's advice you can feed the chick little pieces of chilled coconut oil which will help to loosen up the constipation.

Check the brooder temperature as chicks can get constipated when the temperature is too high.
