2 week old chicks

I hatched 15 baby chicks two weeks ago, they have been doing great at my sister in laws where they have and will live! -- the runt of the group, who hatched will minimal feathers on her back right out the gate has been getting pecked at by the other chicks. I am wondering what my best approach should be to help it stop happening without her becoming alienated from her group. I have an adult hen who I put an "apron" on while she molts because she gets so sunburned and pecked, could I try a very small version of that? thank you for any advice in advance!

I'm guessing it's always going to be a sick chick, it wasn't hatched under a Brood hen, other birds and Broody hens kill the sick. I'm kinda cold hearted but I don't like seeing things suffer so you know what I would do.

Two week old chicks - give them more space and snacks. If that does not work put pine tar on the one that gets picked. That will teach the bullies. Seriously, it is an old remedy that works.

she moved them into another pen that was bigger and gave them treats as well as two of everything ( waterer and feeder ) and she seems to be doing much better and isn't scared of the others and isn't getting pecked (as much) heres to hoping!!! thank you for the reply!!!!
