2 Week Old Coturnix Quail With Poop All Over Their Feet!!

OK. So. I'm new at this whole quail thing, and I have coturnix's. I've noticed poop, start building up on their feet. So today I used some water and gently rubbed it against their toes, but it won't come off! I'm getting a little bit worried, but would you have any suggestions on what I can do to help them? I dont want to have any problems with these little birds.

Use a wet paper towel (warm water) and use it to soak the foot for a bit. It should soften up the poo so you can remove.
