hello i have 30 2 week old girls, the temps ae steadily in the 80s or 90s in the mid 60s at night if i put a light in there at night for them incase they get cold will it be ok to let them out? i have them in a brooder box out there right now. the coop is a 12x12 with good ventilation.

YES.

I would put the heat lamp in the coop for them for another few weeks to keep them comfortable. Make sure that there are no drafts at night. You will be ok putting them out. I have brooded chicks from day olds in a coop in the winter successfully. All the norms apply. Food, Water, Heat, and DRAFT free.

Wish ya the best.

I've been putting my 2 week olds on the ground in a coop during the day with temps in the 90s. My week old silkies went out today for the first time. I think the fresh air and contact with the earth is good for them. They seem very happy. They are still put up at night with a lamp which they typically choose to sleep under or around.
