2 weeks, I believe its a hen and a roo? Barred Rock

I believe the darker one is a hen while the lighter is a roo, as hes gaining white feathers and the other is completely black. Is this correct?

At this age, they’re really too young to accurately sex in any way, unless you have breeds that are sex linked or auto sexing.
 
It's very early to tell, but I'm not seeing any barring so I'm not sure if you've actually got barred rocks. But sometimes the barring isn't apparent on wing tips. Although mine have barring on their wings at this age.
