Rural King hybrid mysteries: California Gray, Rustic Rock

Hey folks, we bought some barred rock hybrids from rural king, along with a few buff brahmas and a single chick that came home from one of my kids classroom hatched from egg. The ones from Rural King are around 4 weeks, the one from my kids class is around 5 weeks. That one is a complete mystery. Any help sexing (I know it might be early yet) and guessing breed for the one appreciated! I have a sneaky suspicion we are split about down the middle with hens and roos. What I know so far:

California Gray: barred rock hybrids, I believe with a white leghorn
Rustic Rock: barred rock hybrids
Buff brahmas: one has a longer tail and darker coloring
????: Son doesn't know egg shell color, I'm thinking Cockerel maybe an Easter egger mutt?
