hahaha..I already delivered the eggs, and did everything that needed to be done. ..

hmmm, who suggested meditation????

here is how my meditation goes...

~silence, getting relaxed....~ "mom, mom, mom, mom, mommy, mommy, mommy, ma, ma, ma, mom, mom, mom, .....

~large exhale...."what is it?" DD..."hows my lipstick look" (its lipgloss BTW, and she is only 7)

Me...." you just asked me that 5 minutes ago!!" DD...."but its a different shade"

me...."it looks wonderful, now can I just have a couple minutes to myself??" DD..."ok"

~silence, getting relaxed....~ "mom, mom, mom....well you get the idea!!!

so far today has been good, though DD didn't go to school again cause of her cold, she is feeling better and will go tomorrow!! but I can honestly tell you the owners of the horse ranch I go to for feed and the shop keepers at the hardware store likely needed meditation after I left....

Ohhh I'm not alone.

When all else fails I look at my caller ID, or hold the cursor over the time and the day and date pops up. I've had to do that more than once, I admit. When the routine is the same... get up, school, dinner, yada... every day, nothing to delineate like payday, birthday, whatever it's easy to lose track. DH doesn't do that as much because his school it's X class on Monday and X on Tues and yada so he just has to recall what he did yesterday and it tells him what today is. For us the only thing is Tues/Thurs the kids have Martial Arts... but that's not until 4:30 so doesn't help for the bulk of the day.

So yeah, right there with you... if the guys in white coats show up I'll be sure and get you a warning they're out and about.

Have your thyroid checked, I had the same problem. Couldn't think of the word I wanted to say, forgot EVERYTHING, was so tired when I got home from work would fall asleep on the couch. Might not be it, but never hurts to check

These all sound like good ideas, and I think your symptoms are common in moms. You are having sensory overload, add to sleep deprivation and you are a walking zombie of sorts. You might consider checking for sleep apnea, that causes you to fall asleep any time you are stil,l cause even when you sleep at night, you don't get any rest. Good luck, I am right here with you, am just so so tired all the time..............I know, exercise exercise.............but how to get the energy to even start?
