Anyone had any issues with putting a day old chicks in the same bin with 2 weeks old chicks?

Yes. Chicks that young generally lack mobility and are frequently trampled by the older/larger birds.
YES. Since you said "bin," I immediately thought of ways to put a separator in the bin or get another bin.....
