2 year old Austrolorp needs help

My two year old Austrolorp hen has been like this for a couple days and I feel so helpless. She's alert but her eyes are shut and she keeps dropping her head.

Does anyone know what this is or what to do to help?

I can't help but thought I'd ask a few questions to bump the post up.
What's her poop look like? Is she eating and drinking on her own? Has she still been laying?

It could be a bunch of things, since most diseases start out with similar symptoms. Is she eating and drinking? Is there an egg stuck in her? If you feel her crop, is it empty, hard, or squishy?

In addtion to the previous questions, do you know when she last laid? Does her abdomen feel bloated at all, either very firm, or water balloon like? Has she ever been wormed?
