2 year Orpington hen can’t lay

My hen has been having a hard time laying this upcoming year. So far she has only laid about 3 eggs, 2 of which came out wrinkly looking. Also she never likes to lay in her nest because other hens kick her out of the nest and she desperately goes running away and wants to lay inside our home. We let her lay inside and she has gotten used to that. But this last week we hear her screaming and we think she wants to lay so we let her in and gets comfortable but cannot lay. Last week I noticed she was standing oddly, butt down close to the ground, tail down and was pushing. I thought she was trying to lay but nothing came out. Only some clear sticky fluid came out and she had some white fluid on her feathers and would drink lots of water that day. She also won’t eat much but we try to encourage her to eat. I bought some Nutri Drench which I heard helps with many things but i don’t know if i should give them to her.

Poor thing...she may be laying internally.

I think she's egg bound, which means an egg is stuck in her.
